Description
This space is created for stillness and slowness. It doesn't rush to impress, but gently invites people to let go of daily weight and ease into a rhythm that feels closer to nature, and to oneself.
The public area is composed like a soft transition from city to mountain. Ash veneer quietly wraps the ceilings and walls, while solid walnut and coffee-toned marble speak in earthy tones of time and warmth. Grey-split stone surfaces resemble raw cliff faces, grounding the space beneath soft-toned wallpaper. Bronze metal panels and mesh don’t seek to shine—they glimmer like dusk caught in the trees, a subtle accent that lingers in the eye.
The private bathhouse invites an even more intimate conversation. The lounge area continues the warmth of wood and fine texture, while fluted glass gently divides light and gaze. In the soaking area, the materials echo nature’s breath: black granite holds the heat like still water; hand-brushed diatom mud paint offers a textured imperfection, like the gentle roughness of mountain stone; American hinoki quietly releases a woody scent into the steam, evoking a hidden forest spring.
There are no slogans here, no complexity. Every surface, every line, every shift of light is composed to reconnect the guest with themselves—unwinding in vapor, settling into the rhythm of grain and stone. The bath becomes more than a physical act—it becomes a soft immersion into a quieter way of being.
